As someone who loves to craft, sew and design jewelry, I place a high premium on creativity. And I consider this quality to be integral to my massage practice. I am happy to tailor a program that works for your body, and of course to adjust it over time as circumstances dictate. I listen for your particular rhythm and adapt my treatments to suit your particular needs.

Sometimes your body and mind may just need to unwind and get some gentle relaxing touch. And other times you may need a deep therapeutic massage to help get the kinks out. I enjoy both ends of the healing spectrum. I honor the journey of each body and I love seeing massage inspire people to seek better health and find happiness in their lives.

A typical massage from me has a mixture of invigorating rocking along with slow, broad strokes performed with the forearm and hands to your desired pressure. I draw on my studies in Craniosacral, Deep tissue, Indian Head massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Traditional Thai Massage and Reiki to create a massage that works to alleviate tension and muscle pain, relax , and bring your body and mind back to a state of balance.

I have been seeing Loly for more than 3 years now.
